Truesdell T W Trucking

I used Truesdale’s to move me a couple times and he was very rude and he didn’t pay me for the things he broke and he told me not to call him again because he was negligent he doesn’t even have a license to move people in Ohio call the Better Business Bureau and find out for yourself he is not licensed in the state of Ohio and he’s not a good person I would never use him again then at the end of the move he stood there and told me I had to tip his workers when I already paid him in full so why would I have to tip his workers if I already paid him he’s not very professional if you have to ask somebody to tip his workers after he’s already been paid I will never ever recommend him or use him again! That’s for sure !!

I used Truesdell to move my items from a storage facility in Mansfield, OH to a house in Ashtabula County about 2 ½ hours away. I originally received a quote from a big-​name mover. They were going to load items into the truck on day 1, and unload at the house on day 2. Truesdell moved me in one day for almost $ 2,000 less. I also got a quote from another smaller moving company. Truesdell beat their quote by $ 300. They are a fourth generation moving company, and a family member is always on site to monitor and help with the move. There were 3 movers at the storage facility, and an additional 3 showed up at the house to help unload the truck. They were done by 6:00 p.m. Dave Truesdell did a walk through at the end to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend this moving company.
