This Cabela’s is smaller then one we have been at Owatonna, MN. We were looking for insect repellant hats and khakis pants. They didn’t have any. We did try on some other hats for fit to get an idea if we decide to order them. Did find some Merrell hiking boots I have been searching for. Like the regular Merrill tennis shoes, but wanted hiking boots too.

I will shop at Gander Mountain. Cabelas never has what they have on sale, they always say we just sold out of them and this was the day before the sale started. Terrible excuse for a customer friendly store

This place is huge and awesome. Two aquariums with full size fish. It’s a redneck Mecca. Everything you could possibly think of, and then replicated in camo.
There was a line in the men’s restroom where the bros shamelessly blew up the commode. That’s a redneck experience if you’ve ever had one.

Been here a number of times, they never have enough people behind tge gun counter (2 or 3 for the entire gun counter on a weekend?). Mixed feelings on the customer service depends on the person, a couple time I went to buy a gun decided to go elswhere because of the lack of service or it seemed like I was bothering the person to look at a firearm.

While I’ve heard this location is smaller than other cabela’s (I haven’t been to any others), it has everything you could possibly want and more. On top of that, the store’s atmosphere is great and the décor is amazing. The displays, aquariums, and the wall of fame are all really cool, and the place even has it’s own café! I could literally stay there all day. And to this point, I haven’t had any problems with the customer service. I love this place!

Seems like folks around here are excited for this location to open its doors. One more reason for the Packer faithful to linger.
