I limped into Alex’s office with a cane, after successful surgery to repair a ruptured disk, left me in less, but still significant pain, and an hour later walked out in less pain — and sans cane.
She was professional and informative as well as kind to an acupuncture novice.
I wasn’t a strong believer in acupuncture, but I figured it couldn’t hurt. I’m a believer now, Alex rocks. She really knows her stuff… I’ve made a second appointment.

I had some residual back pain from a car accident in college that would often flare up whenever I slept bad. I had a treatment this spring and was extremely active all summer playing soccer, golf and running triathlons and had no problems all summer. I got another treatment this fall and again I have not had any problems. Two treatments a year to get rid of chronic back pain is well worth it.

I met Alex Leddy in 2012, while she was an acupuncturist intern at Emperors College in Santa Monica, Calif. I was struggling with severe lower back pain, which was putting a damper on my ability to teach at UCLA and even do mild exercises.
Alex, with approval from the practicing doctor, designed a recovery treatment plan, and explained it to me in very clear terms. She applied the needles easily and painlessly to the right spots in my back, sometimes combined with E-​stim. After several weeks, her treatments eased my troubles and allowed me to return to teaching and exercise.
Alex is an intelligent and caring person with a comfortable style. She is a very effective acupuncturist. Her patients in Aspen are truly lucky.
