We moved between states. Their bid was higher than a competitor’s, but I thought we would get better service for the extra money. Instead, they just didn’t deliver our stuff for several weeks after the last date that they said it might be possibly delivered. Yes, it was weeks late. They provided no compensation for this extremely irritating delay. They didn’t even respond to my emails promptly. There was no communication — the stuff just kept not showing up over and over again, even though when I’d contact them they kept providing new promised dates.

Not happy with customer service. We were moving across country and they picked up our shipment. After 15 days we hadn’t heard anything and it was only a couple days away from our delivery date. After calling to find out the situation, our shipment was still sitting in the warehouse. No calls to update us that there was going to be a delay, nothing. Probably wouldn’t have been so dissatisfied if there would have been some communication.
