This place is still five stars and this visit, it was because of their tempting breakfast items. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant and it was so good that I had to go back for it on my last day in Aspen. There is always a short line in the morning, but it gives you a chance to ogle at their many baked goods and grab a nibble from their sample plate of tempting muffins and coffee cakes.
Their chai tea was good too and not too sweet, but it was the ham and cheese croissant that really stood out. Be sure to let them warm it for you. Nothing quite like taking a bite of flakey, buttery pastry with warm, melted cheese and sweet ham on the inside! A must try!
