We just buy 4 pair boot and jacket, one of two pair did not fit right, so come back to returns, but maneger and employees does not want to take it back, maneger say to me do what you want do we will take it back even purchase within three day ago, and receipt say return can do in 30 days, maneger was really rude to me, it colorado rule is what we want to do will do, she does not have trust any customer, she say how we can trust, i would say before you go in aspen store please take look very closely this review, dont shope in aspen store. one of the employees, Lydia was so nice and helpful telling us all about their new line and some great hiking in the area. Good service is hard to find. She makes a good name for North Face!

There are several clothing brands that I feel a loyalty to. North Face is one of them. I know that if I invest in their clothing(and I do mean INVEST, damn this is expensive) I will be warm and toasty for years and years. We walked into this store and were immediately greeted by an employee at the register. My husband was eyeing coats(yowch, $ 350!) and I eventually made my way to the sale rack. I found a super cute blue shell zip up that was marked 25% off it’s original price. I tried it on — it was even CUTER than I had suspected. Gosh, now I HAD to buy it, right? This is how I rationalize my clothing purchases. Anyway, I got an awesome layering shirt(that was used during our mountaineering adventures) and I was pleased to acquire another North Face piece of apparel.
