Fantastic service! Always nice to find a quality traditional coffee bar. The barista carefully pulled my espresso a second time after the first was not good enough. Working as a barista this is some of the best espresso I’ve had.

A fan of Victoria’s? Not so very… but I am a fan of going to 4 star Unilocal spots over 3 star. I would come here again… but never would I crave or rave on Victoria’s. So not to pull down the rating, here goes. If Victoria’s was a human she would have ADHD! In a bad way. It’s noisy! Where is the line to order! Where is the menu! Where do I pick up my food! Where do I sit that is cozy and comfy(ummm, nowhere)! Bumping and bashing through the sea of people and spinning stools(maybe a pot shop would calm Vic down?)! The barista is slopping espresso all over! Arrghhhhh! Give this place some adderall! Focus Vic! The 4 stars is for a good mocha espresso and brekkie wrap sandwich. The muffin top was nice and the fruit was good. Solid in taste, but spastic otherwise…

Victoria’s is the best coffee in town. the REALDEAL. Espresso drinks are awesome; Cortado and Iced almond-milk lattes world-beaters. 4.5STARS actually. Owners/operators are Aussies and they know how to make serious coffee. Baristas not your average Starbucks employees, these are real BARISTAS. The breakfast crostinis are a thing of beauty! poached egg on arugula bed over crostini with proscuito or jamon serrano. Croissant are authentic and flakey unlike other«bakery» impostors in Aspen. Eat in, take out. Sit in or sit out. These people are cheerful & friendly.

Finally !!! A good coffee is not easy to come by these days. Great place, relaxed vibes. Had a great coffee and the Colorado salad, not a fancy place but highly recommend.

This place was s nice surprise. We are in Aspen from Del mar, Ca for a few days of skiing and mountain fun. The coffee and food was very good but the friendly no attitude service is what earned the 5th star. As a restaurant owner I can be very critical of service. Xyra(pronounced Zira) was soooo cool and nice. I want to hire her and bring her back to San Diego !! Thanks Xyra for making our mornings in Aspen so enjoyable. Bob and Mary

Slow and weird service(I got soup, with a knife and fork). Overpriced, and also mysteriously priced — too many things on the menu don’t have prices listed, which I suppose is a bad omen. But the coffee was good.

Chicken curry was so small. Not worth $ 13. Fat sanga was a disappointment. Took half an hour to prepare this disappointment. Not returning.

Such a great place. Interior design and layout is very welcoming and cool. Breakfast/brunch menu items are exquisite, particularly the egg dishes with chorizo. Yummy. Good coffee, but there’s better in town. But the overall experience at Victoria’s is unbeatable. Great location too.

Customer service is a joke. And free wifi is a lie. It’s free for the first 45 minutes then you have to pay. The food wasn’t seasoned well and was severely overpriced. On the plus side the espresso was pretty good.

The coffee is very good — we came in every morning right as they were opening at 7 and it was quiet and comfortable. The barista did a nice job, pretty designs even on to go coffees(can’t get that at Starbucks). Baked good options were nice, made in house — I had an oat muffin type thing one morning which was yummy. They do get crazy busy between 9 and 10 when everyone is heading to the slopes, long waits and a little chaotic, but if you aren’t in a hurry no problem.

Good quality, a bit pricey. Have watched it grow over the years and they’ve done a good job of developing into a business. Now that they are across from Ajax it smells like feet from ski boots. Seriously though.

Seriously over priced with terrible service, even for Aspen. Evening wine bar is great if Johny Love is working, otherwise run out of this place.

So bad, they added a bar to a coffee shop. Which is a great idea but the bartender had no idea how to make a cocktail, a simple margarita. She seemed nice but made it clear she didn’t know what she was doing then gave me a tequila, barely poured a shot into the glass and charged me $ 17 for a ridiculous drink which I had to explain to her how to make. I will never go there again. And I’m a local. WOW! So bad.

We always like to stop by Victorias for breakfast when were visiting Aspen. I loved the Beans and Toast topped with a poached egg and fresh avocado. Lots of baked goods and pastries to chose from.

I came here for a quick mid-day coffee fix. The place is bustling with individuals just off the slopes. I noticed unique coffee options such as a signature chai latte with their own twist of honey, ginger and spices. The coffee itself is a little pricey but to be expected given the location and high demand for a warm beverage right off the slopes.

As an Aspen native I was extremely disappointed in the service and the quality of the drinks at Victoria’s. My partner and I went there this afternoon to enjoy some warm beverages to break up the cold, but my good mood was killed by this unpleasant experience. We ordered the Sticky Chai and a standard hot chocolate. We immediately exchanged glances upon tasting the sub-standard beverages, both of which tasted like warm milk with a slight hint of flavor. As a barista myself, I am confident in saying that my taste buds are working just fine. I am not the type of person to take a drink back, but after spending nearly $ 12 dollars on two small drinks that tasted like nothing, I went back up to the counter to address the issue. I spoke respectfully and politely to the nice man at the register, who was sorry to hear about my experience and gladly offered to remake the drinks, before being interrupted by Victoria herself, who must have overheard my displeasure. I explained the situation, but she took up an attitude immediately. When I asked for a refund, she exclaimed something like, «You do realize how expensive our rent is in Aspen, right?» Actually I do understand how expensive and over-priced Aspen is, but that does not warrant the selling of over-priced and underwhelming drinks, not to mention the poor customer service by the company executive. I did get my money back and do not plan on spending another dime there.

My favorite breakfast spot in Aspen as the espresso drinks are strong and flavorful. They have a nice selection of baked goods including some delicious muffin tops. The décor is rather odd and the seating could be more comfortable, but it’s definitely the best place in town if you want good espresso!

The coffee here is average, but for me, the homemade yogurt make it worth coming back here on the regular. Also, they have punch cards so that is nice as well. As for the environment, the shop is spacious, super clean and has cool rustic décor. Long lines in the morning but to me it is worth it. Victoria’s is my favorite coffee shop in Aspen. At least so far.

Why 4 stars? Because it was solid pre-skiing fuel. — — — I was just telling someone the other day that I use the word«solid» when I am describing something that was good, but just not AMAZING. I feel like I sound super snooty if I say, «well, the coffee was good but it wasn’t like top-10 of all-time!» I enjoyed it, and it was incredibly necessary. I was freezing cold and needed caffeine. I feel like coffee shops should be on every corner at ski resorts. This one was the highest-rated of them all, and we thought it was, as I like to say, «solid.» :) They served my latte in a glass, which I thought was cool because I’m not used to seeing that. But then I realized why places don’t normally do that — glass is apparently super hot to touch when hot coffee is in it. My favorite part of the experience was the food. The poached eggs = 2 thumbs up! You normally don’t see poached eggs in a stand-alone setting. It came with toast, fruit, and I added on ham. I needed that protein to get me through all the falling I was about to experience on the mountains. So much falling.
