Nice Wheels

This is a review about lousy customers service… i have no idea if they do good work or not. My guess is No! Although if you call a mobile repair services you expect them to call you back. If they text you back saying they will quote you just send a picture and ignore you is lousy service. Then a few days later ask me where i am located. Then no response on yes you can or no you can’t work on the wheel. Now the day im getting the car worked on this dude response to a message telling me not worth doing one wheel… seriously? Okay fine how about you show some professionalism call the customer back or respond to the text messages you sent. These guys are a joke and if this is your way to make money i couldn’t trust you at all to not over charge someone. Get a clue on customer service!

In terms of finding an honest, reasonable, and quick wheel repair, Nice Wheels is as good as it gets. I had scratched my rims on a curb and called around to see how much it would cost to get the wheels repaired. Nice Wheels came in with a quote about half the price of its competitors.
The best part is, they came out to your work or home and fix it on the spot. My wheels were fixed within the matter of 45 minutes. Voila, like brand new. The owner, Luiz, is friendly and honest and you can tell he’s passionate about doing excellent work. I highly recommend Nice Wheels for your wheel repairs!
