STAY CLEAR OF THIS GUY!!! I set up an appointment with «Noël» who talked a good game. I waited for him to arrive for over 3 hours. Noël was a NO SHOW! He did not have the decency to phone after not showing up, however I did leave three messages inquiring as to when we could reschedule. I finally reached this guy early one morning, three days later, and he was VERY RUDE! Kind of a Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde kind of guy! And to think… he had the potential of an 8,000 job! Rude, rude, rude!
