Aston Self Storage

I pay a good fair rate. Have access 24 hours. I use a storage unit for business. My guy left the door open and I was notified within the hour. There was no offering of surveillance for my unit, but they were there for me. As for the other review about partial monthly rent. When I rented the unit, they told me exactly how to go about ending the lease. You need to give notice and get out by the date given. That’s it. People are good to me and my business. I do recommend!!!

I came away very frustrated with the management and customer service of Aston Self Storage. When I moved in, the closest door to my unit was broken, and I also spent a half hour waiting for them to fix the access gate. When I needed to vacate, I told them on the 22^nd of the month that I would be vacating on the 5^th of the next month. They were unwilling to even consider allowing me to pay for a partial month. When I coordinated to move out by the end of the month, I was told that I was too late, and that I would still have to pay for the following month even though the unit would be completely vacant.
Candidly, they were frustrating and unhelpful, and were not willing to even consider meeting me halfway.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
