Very reputable jeweler in Astoria i brung my rolex and breitling to have the bands changed and he did a great job for a reasonable price. He is hands down the best jeweler on ditmars with a great selection of fine jewelry and is very knowledgeable in fine pieces of jewelry.

I came in to Aldor Jewelry Creations with my husband to buy a diamond ring. Albert and Debbie were extremely nice and helpful. They took their time and showed us many different options and ideas. Albert was very informative about diamonds and their value. We bought a gorgeous white gold diamond ring. We were so happy with their service and prices that my husband walked out with a beautiful solar powered watch as well. Their service is out of this world and their prices are great too. They carry lots of different types of jewelry, diamonds and watches for every price level. I definitely highly recommend Aldor Jewelry Creations. I am coming back here for sure!!!

I called over the phone with a few questions about what type of baby jewelry they have for a Christening. The lady on the phone was very nice, helpful and informative. I came in and bought a beautiful designer Greek Cross and chain for a boy. They have a beautiful selection of crosses and a lot of other beautiful and unique jewelry for ladies, men and children. They also have a large variety of watches. They are very professional and friendly. Debbie was extremely helpful and honest. Very positive aura in the store. The service and prices were amazing too. I am so happy with my purchase and definitely will come back for more. I highly recommend anyone to come to Aldor Jewelry Creations for all your jewelry and service needs.

Regardless of how great your products are, if a customer calls asking questions having never been there before, you be nice. I called to ask about baby jewelry, a cross necklace for my nephew specifically, and the woman on the phone was so rude. Price is a sensitive topic for me, as I want to make sure there is something there in my price range. She couldn’t even give me a numeric range. Anyone who works with customers should know that being professional and friendly to your potentially future customers goes a LONG way. Because of that, I will never go here.

A number of years ago I took my beautiful Bulova to a few watch repair shops because the clasps would not lock. I was told by multiple people that it would be an expensive fix for a number of absurd reasons and nobody ever gave me any alternative suggestions.
I’ve been carrying this watch around for years now, unable to wear it. I randomly decided to look for a watch repair shop since I moved recently and found Aldor on Unilocal,they are right around the corner so I decided to stop by.
Albert and I went through every possible option, all of which were far more reasonable than anything I had been quoted in the past. Before I left, Albert asked to see the watch one more time and studied it closely. He said that he might be able to fix it without breaking the already aged and damaged clasp (impressive) and without replacing anything (an option NO other shop gave me) so I left it with him.
I went back at 5 and walked out wearing a watch that I hadn’t been able to wear in almost 6 years. Thanks again!

Great service! Went in there for a battery change and came out even happier with a working watch and beautiful diamond earrings. He was very professional and considerate. Definitely coming back anytime I need anything!

Recently engaged, I was excited to wear my ring (a beautiful design by Temple St. Clair) which was unfortunately a bit loose for me. I stopped in to Aldor Jewelry Creations to see if they had a plastic ring huggie I could wear with it temporarily because I was not immediately able to drop off the ring to be re-​sized at the designer. I thought I was in luck when the person I spoke with told me he may what I was looking for. When he came back from his stock room, and I produced the ring from the box, he made a face as I explained to him that I realized it may not work since a signature piece of this designer’s work is a small bead on the backside of the ring. He asked why it was there. I explained it was part of her design. He made a further face and asked me if I liked that. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted, a large beautiful flawless stone set in platinum with small creative design touches that make it distinct. Oh and a gift from my fiancée! Appalled by his lack of tact or courtesy, I said «no thanks» and got out of there as fast as I could. For a jewelry store that has a digital scroll sign in neon colors as part of its exterior and whose jewelry selection is constituted of anything but «creations», I really should have thought twice about going in there in the first place. So much for customer service, it’s definitely not a store I would visit again for any of my jewelry needs.
