Had an emergency and these folks came over promptly and got me into my flat straight away. Even checked my ID to make sure that I was indeed the person living there. Well done.

This Locksmiths is a crook. He not only lost my key, won’t admit it and yell and scream at me! He says losing someone’s key is no big deal. He is unorganize, unreasonable and try to bully customers. He is very short tempered, rude, irresponsible, poor workmanship, never do his job on time. He told me the key will be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, he will always say it is not ready yet, come back tomorrow. Same situation happen again the next day. After he lost my key, he plan to sell me new cylinder and charge me installation. Don’t trust him with your possession ! He is an dishonest man. Lying all the time.
