As far as a cleaners go they are«a-ok». No one speaks english, which I don’t knock them for but if you have specific instructions you need to discus you should go some place else as it’s just going over their heads. If you just want something cleaned the price is good, it’s fast and they do always smile.

I purchased two trench coats from Goodwill that were Sample items and had big black magic marker letter«SAMPLE» on the back of each coat. Having only paid 10 $ for each coat, I figured it was worth a shot to try to get the stains out. I dropped them off at Big Famous cleaners only because they are right across from my house. The lady behind the counter didnt speak a lick of English and gave me no guarantee that the stains could be removed. I came back 4 days later to find two brand new Ann Taylor Trench coats with NOSTAINS on them. She charged me 20 $ for both coats and I have never been happier. I’m not sure how they are with dry cleaning but for special requests, I will be bringing my clothes here in the future.

They charge too much and they need three days to dry-clean shirts and trousers. I dropped off my suit to be dry-cleaned, the receipt stated it would be ready on Wednesday after five. I showed up on Wednesday at six to pick it up(I had a job interview the next morning), they did not have the suit ready. I had to pick it up very early the next morning. I gave them a pair of pants to be hemmed. They charged $ 8. I took another pair of pants a few days later — the price turned to $ 12! Take your laundry and dry-cleaning down two more blocks to the corner of 45th street and 30th avenue to Shirley’s. She charges less, does a great job of cleaning everything, she does alterations and she is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.
