Diki Daycare

My child attended Diki Day Care prior to our move. I thought they were wonderful with her. I had no complaints. I never saw the television on and my child always came home with crafts that they had done during the day. I brought my daughter on the subway every day because I thought this facility was nice and the women kind.

My son has been enrolled in Diki Daycare for almost 16 months. I can honestly say that I am EXTREMELY happy with this facility. My son has thrived since his enrollment. The place it clean, the staff is warm, caring and loving. Their program is well balanced between educational and fun. They are very informative about upcoming events and schedules. When the weather permits, they are at the playground. What more could you ask for? We moved and I have at least two daycare centers within 2 blocks of my house and wouldn’t even think about switching — it is well worth getting on the Steinway bus daily to make the trip.
I really don’t understand the 1 star rating a parent gave because I have never had a bad experience. I have never seen «junk food» given and a copy of the menu is posted for all to see. A copy was also given to parents in the kids’ cubbyholes. Most of my son’s classmates have been there a while as well.
If you are a parent looking to enroll your child in a place, do it here. You will not be disappointed.

I am so disappointed in them — they feed all the kids with junk food and all the activities that they provide is watching TV !!! And they are not reliable — they will decide that they are going to be closed and they don’t call you !!! You go there and you see that they are closed !!! And they still make you pay … ridiculous…
