I go to Fluff and Fold about once a week/​two weeks. I drop off the clothes and they deliver them to me. The employees are always so friendly and the clothes always smell so nice ! Thank you Fluff and Fold; my neighborhood laundromat :)

This service started off great but went downhill real fast. The third time I used the Fluff N Fold they forgot to deliver half of my clothes. When I called to ask about my clothes they said they couldn’t do it until the next day. Ridiculous.
I didn’t bother scheduling another pick up. I instead took a 20mins walk over to pick up the remainder of my clothes and will not use this service again. Such a shame. Plus the pick up and delivery were never on time. Cannot recommend and searching for a new service.

My first time outsourcing my laundry. Pick up was really easy — I called at 9am on a Sunday and was told they would be there at 10am. Exactly one hour later they arrived. Around 4:30pm, I called to confirm I would receive my clothes the same day. 30 – 40 minutes later, my laundry arrived, perfectly folded and smelling so fresh! My clothes and even the couch cushions I had washed came out fine, except.
My two bath mats had a large bleach stain. I called and was told the driver would come back to pick up both my mats and I should call back the next day. Called today (Monday) and was told they don’t use bleach so there is probably nothing they can do. I am waiting for a call back to resolve this and am really hoping I won’t have to dispute with my credit card.
Very disappointing because otherwise, they were good.

If you send in more that 1 bag, make sure both bags are included in 1 weight under the price of they will try to charge you the minimum for each bag. They do a nice job but I’m not always 100% sure they use my detergent and follow other instructions. There are not that many options for pick-​up and delivery with the hours they have but if there were another good option, I’d probably use them. Good enough but could be better.

Really disappointed with the pickup and delivery wash and fold service. I have used them three times. Every time the bill is $ 20. The first two times, I thought it was coincidence. The third time I asked, and they said $ 20 is the minimum. So I could have been giving them more laundry for the same price the past three times and nobody said anything? I’ve been giving them just my essentials to cut costs. No receipt was given either. I overlooked this because I figured I’m partially responsible for not asking about their policies sooner (even though I think it’s deceitful of them not to disclose that upfront).
The second time, I got someone else’s socks which kind of weirded me out, but I overlooked that too. It can happen, right?
The straw that broke the camel’s back was that they kept my super fancypants non-​toxic detergent the second time and I requested that they bring it back with my clean laundry next time as I sometimes hand wash sweaters. They brought back the wrong detergent, which I’m sure they had washed out clothes with, and it’s scented. I’m super sensitive to scents and try to use this unscented fancypants soap for our baby’s clothes especially. At this point, I’m annoyed that I wasted $ 20, but resign to just have them drop off my detergent and never use their again. But they refused to drop off my detergent even though it’s their mistake. Now I have to pack up the baby and get my detergent so I can hand wash something that I want to dry for tomorrow. If they even still have it… At this point I have a feeling they don’t.
I don’t trust them, and I don’t recommend them. I would have given them one star but the clothes were technically clean so I’m being generous.

I have had positive experiences with Fluff N Fold in the past, and that is why I am giving them 3 stars. They are prompt, easy to set up pick up and delivery and the staff is friendly, however after clearly marking one of my laundry bags with a note and also speaking with the person who picked up my laundry about my laundry instructions, everything was placed in the dryer even though I placed items in a separate bag for line dry only. Almost all of my shirts and dresses are now faded, pilley and torn in some places. The response I received was, «call in the morning and we will give you a discount». This does not make up for half my clothes being ruined, but again, I have had very positive experiences in the past.

My initial few experiences with this business were fantastic, but the last one was less than favorable. My clothes were picked up on a Tuesday, and I agreed on a Thursday drop off with the lady I spoke to on the phone.
Thursday came and went. I called Friday afternoon to find out the status, and was told the clothes had been ready for days, but no one had called or attempted to deliver them! They did deliver that evening, but missed one of the bags, so I had to call back and track it down. The lady who answered said she would look immediately and call back, but it wasn’t until I followed up 5 hours later that they said they found and delivered them.
I’ll chalk this up to a one time issue, as I do think they generally do a great job.

Synopsis: Buenos Dias! That is the greeting I receive all the time when I walk in! The people are so, so, so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Although there were two occasions where things went awry such as one of my pants went missing and a shirt was marked up. :/​Luckily, I don’t spend a fortune on clothes. Regardless, I always love dropping my clothes off here!
Environment: The place is always clean and smells like fresh air, literally! Definitely due to all the soap/​softener in the air. When it is busy, it isn’t as clean-​looking because of all the bags filled with clothes that were dropped off. For the most part though, not an eye-​sore.
Employees: This is the best part, I would say. Even though there were a few incidences of mishap, I love coming here just to say, «Hi» and be greeted so friendly. They already know all my wants and needs!
Cost: To drop off your clothes it is very, very, very cheap! 8 cents a pound! Usually if I do not do laundry for two weeks, it only cost about $ 12 to wash everything and have it folded! YES!
Accessibility: For me, it is very easy! Literally two blocks down!

I’ve never been to the location, but Fluff N Fold has a great pickup/​delivery service at a reasonable price (cheaper than lugging it down the street and dropping it off). Laundry is always ready within a day and pickup and delivery are swift – usually within 30 minutes of me calling. I wish I’d found them sooner.

This place is pretty great. Their dryers are red hot and will dry your clothes in no time. Not like other places where you feed the thing one quarter after another and still have wet clothes. The staff is always pretty friendly and says hello and goodbye to you. Can’t ask for much more.

This laundry service is GREAT. It’s cheap and really fast. They do same day service at no charge if you ask, they take credit cards and the do pick up and delivery. The staff is super friendly and nice as well.

the place is nice and new but the customer service is extremely poor. first they lost the belt of my winter coat — which makes the coat useless. it took them 2 weeks and 3 separate trips to the laundromat to find it. they just had me choose from a pile of lost belts … how many belts do you normally lose? didn’t even get an apology.
the other day i went in there at 8:45 to do my laundry and they told me i can’t even though they close at 10. a wash cycle only takes 30 minutes to there’s plenty of time. i asked the woman working at the time if she can make an exception because it was the only time that week i could do it. that didn’t seem to strike a chord, she said she’s just following the rules. not even an apology this time either.
all in all very disappointed with the customer service and considering a new place for my laundry

Fluff N Fold is the first place to make laundry something I look forward to whether I am there doing it myself or just dropping off. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and attentive to detail. I bring my sheets, towels, clothes and I have never had a problem. In fact, they come back smelling FANTASTIC. I catch whiffs of delicious smelling laundry detergent all throughout my day and it makes me happy to know that I’m the one that smells so fresh and so clean. What a wonderful feeling to have day in and day out for a very low cost, (I’ve never paid more than $ 15 for a full bag of laundry).
Additionally, there is a pick up and delivery service in case you can’t make it out of your home.
I really can’t recommend this establishment enough. They are stupendous.

So far this place has been great, cheap prices and the turn around time has been same day in most cases. the hours are very accommodating and the take credit cards… whats not to love?

So they started having stronger people come pick up the laundry and ask ahead if it’s a lot so they bring along a helper — good thinking. And they’ve added more pickup and delivery hours, which is great. But the quality of the work they do has slipped. I appreciate matching socks and separating stuff by type of clothes (color would be nice, though — my new pink tank top is now a blueish pink). Sometimes, though, you have to wonder what they’re thinking when they pair a grey dress sock and a pink gym sock. Annoying when you’re getting dressed, unfold the pair, and find two socks that aren’t even close to a match. So anyway, improved delivery, while quality of the service has deteriorated. Oh, and we were told to make sure we had all of our own stuff because they may have mixed it up with someone else’s — big no no.

Best in the neighborhood for same day dry cleaning. When I couldn’t get a 48 hour guarantee from another place, they said they’d do next day without a hitch. The facility is clean and the place seems very popular from the laundry bags piled up for drop off and pick up service.
The most important thing, however, is the service. Friendly, genuine, and easygoing. It’s not hard to run a good business if you deliver a halfway decent product with a warm smile, and they do just that.

I used to go to a laundromat closer to my apartment, but recently «upgraded» to Fluff N’ Fold one block further, and am glad I did. The facilities are clean and new, and the washers and dryers are very fast. The working change machine is also a plus.

Fluff n Fold is a solid laundromat with various services. Their facility is new and clean. They have weekly deals for in house service. During the summer there is air conditioning. Free WiFi. Pick up and delivery service available. Same day Dry Cleaning. Awesome.
I have now used the Fluff n Fold pick up and delivery service 3 or 4 times. My laundry is clean and fresh smelling. I usually have my laundry delivered a week or so later and there are no stale odors. I set up an account with a credit card and no issues with their services.
Overall, I am very happy with the laundry service of Fluff n Fold. Staff is friendly and efficient. At 80 cents a pound very fair price for pick up and delivery. Just need to factor in a tip for delivery guy.
