I love the fact that each student gets individual attention and the oils were a nice touch. I enjoyed the atmosphere as well and the staff was very friendly.

This intimate yoga space is perfect for beginners or people who would prefer not to go to an overly crowded yoga studio. Because classes are typically small (I took 2 classes here and it was only one other girl and myself) the instructor is able to give personal attention to each student. I’m a runner so I’m not flexible and my upper body is always tense and tight but Vanessa helped me to relax a bit during the classes and become more aware of my body. I felt so relaxed after each class, similar to how you feel after meditating, but I still received such a great workout. I need to sign up for another class in the near future!

This place is awesome! Vanessa is so sweet and helpful. The classes here are very small, so you get a lot of personal attention. It’s a personable experience, and I feel that I got a lot out of it. The one downside for me is that this studio only offers class cards — they don’t do unlimited memberships. This is not ideal for me, however I could see that being a benefit for others. I hope to make it back here soon because I enjoyed every class that I took here.

The classes are small and affordable, and you get a lot of individual attention and modifications based on your specific needs. This is a wonderful resource for any neighborhood. Located in Astoria, it is also an easy walk from Sunnyside and Woodside.

Best kept secret for aspiring yogis! The classes are smaller, so you’re sure to get one on one attention. The instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. They challenge, but don’t push you so far as to do something uncomfortable. Here it seems like it’s really about the journey and not the destination. Prices are very reasonable as well. If you’re a beginner, or recovering from an injury, this is definitely the place to start getting back together. Sarah and Vanessa are great!
