I love this jewelry store. It is right by my job, and i go in often to check out their beautiful jewelry. Steve, Al, and Roman, are great, always give me a fair price, and they are great people. No bargaining necessary, they always give the best price in NYC.

Before I found this spot I went to a couple other jewelry stores to compare the amount of money that they would give me for my gold coins and K & D jewelry paid the most for it, I was very satisfied. Not only do they know how to do business but they were also very generous and offered to help with anything I needed, I definitely recommend this spot!

Found these guys through Unilocal and I couldn’t be happier. They have been great both times I’ve been in to sell some old jewelry. They were very upfront, explaining every step of the process used to calculate the value of the pieces I wanted to sell. They even offered to polish my wedding ring on the house the next time I came in. Very friendly, not at all sketchy, which was a worry of mine. I will definitely be back with my broken watch, and any other jewelry I want to sell.

The Unilocal reviews are absolutely right — they’re the best! I had quite a few needs that took me to this store — new watch battery, fixing gold chains, and selling (very) scrap pieces of gold that have been sitting around for years now. The battery took all of 30 seconds to fix and unlike previous experiences elsewhere, they took the time to bring the watch to present time/​date. Simple task but appreciated!
The scraps ended up getting me much more money than I expected and the chains were about ¹⁄₃ of what I thought it would cost. Clearly I didn’t know the cost of gold jewelry and I’m 100% certain I would have gotten ripped off elsewhere. Both chains have sentimental value + were Indian gold which are considered to be higher end so I wanted to make sure they were well taken care of.
In regards to service — again, the Unilocalers were right! I worked with Roman today but the older gentleman seemed just as nice. I couldn’t be happier.
Bottom line — don’t hesitate to go there!

Excellent service, top dollar for all my broken jewelry. Roman was da man, he even fixed my cracked I-​Phone 4S screen for free after I bought my Rolex Daytona. I would definitely recommend this place.

I found these guys online and I gotta admit the service is amazing. They waited for us to come in on a Saturday night just because we called ahead. They were also the cheapest for my watch repair. My friend also got his iphone fixed here fast and efficiently. I heard they are the highest payers for gold also.

Got my watch battery replaced here the other day. They fixed the watch while I waited, and I was charged very little for the repair. Excellent service — they were both very kind. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I were doing some cleaning and decided to sell some jewelry that didn’t hold much value to us. He wanted to get rid of his high school class ring, and I had a small gold heart necklace embossed with pretty minuscule diamonds. We had shopped around at various gold buyers and jewelry buyers in the area, so we knew what kind of prices to expect. Many other places people had been rude and brusque with us. These gentlemen, however, were extremely nice, open and polite. They looked at our jewelry and immediately offered us the same price as everyone else had (but nicely), but then they added a few dollars because we were new customers! Done! They will also take my extremely out-​of-​style pearls, which none of the other places would do. This place’s dedication to good service and neighborhood friendliness impressed us, and made us loyal customers!

These gentlemen are godsends. They took shockingly sweet care of me. They sized my diamond ring to fit my tiny finger w meticulous precision. They polished free of charge.
