Holy Mother of deliciousness! I don’t know about the entire menu or the actual venue but the grilled chicken sandwich with roasted red peppers is amaze balls! The chicken is super saucy and full of flavor. Whatever they use to marinate it has me hooked. Add some avocado and it’s a wrap! They deliver pretty fast too.

One of the few places that have fresh squeeze orange juice! Their croissant with cream cheese and jelly is really good and inexpensive. Agustin makes delicious sandwiches and salads! Everything is really good there.

Not necessarily a sit-down restaurant although it has a few tables, but no waiters. Has very good salads and sandwiches for reasonable prices. Definitely a neighborhood place, not one that you would travel to for a meal. But if you are near there and looking for a quick and well proportioned serving, this is a good choice.

Cute place, friendly service. Came here for the first time today and got a toasted bagel with butter, iced coffee, water, and a mushroom/potato-filled pastry for I think $ 6.25. Totally standard prices — $ 1 Poland Spring even! The mushroom/potato pastry is pretty good! It’s a nice savory snack in the morning. Not a fan of their coffee, though. I’m not yet enough of a coffee snob to describe what I don’t like about it, maybe a bit burnt? It’s a little too bitter, not much flavor to it.

My sandwich was bland/very basic and not made as described on the menu. The price is right but expect the standard. Also, get ready to know the business of the neighborhood elderly ladies as this seems to be their spot on a Sunday afternoon.

Good food, good service, good location, good price. I particularly like the fresh orange juice and their service is really efficient. I haven’t tried their lunch stuff, but my boyfriend said their tuna wrap was pretty good. I highly recommend donuts if they aren’t sold out and if you eat that sort of thing. They are much better and fresher than dunkin donuts. Their muffins and bagels are great and everything is inexpensive. It’s really very convenient because it’s on the way to the trains from where I live. It seems to be very popular, as theirs always people hanging out in there. It can get a little crowded.

Tried this place for the first time today because I was tired of ordering from another local diner that has okay food(very bland) anywho this place is amazing! So good, their home fries have actual flavor and seasonings and their omelette is the size of the whole aluminum tray so it’s so worth your money!

I’ve been pleasantly surprised every time I go here. First, the service. Everyone here is really friendly. As an example, one time I ordered in and asked for a paper bag so I could take my toast to go. The guy behind the counter would have none of that and requested I hand him the plate so he could wrap it in aluminum foil before returning it to me in a paper bag. Next, the food. I tried both La Luna sandwich and the omelet and they were both solid. Nothing is premade and I was impressed with the taste for both of them. My only concern is that while they were good, they were roughly in the $ 8 ballpark, which gives me pause. It’s a bit more expensive than I would expect for a deli-type food, especially when there are so many alternatives within 2-block radius, such as De Mole and even Key Food. If my choice is between an $ 8 sandwich at La Luna versus a similarly priced De Mole burrito, my preference is for the burrito. FYI there’s always tables available, but for they’re positioned more for space efficiency purposes they’re a bit crammed together, so don’t expect a solitary«café» seating experience. I still liked coming here, and will come back sometime in the future. Hopefully there’s something more reasonably priced on the menu that can end up being my go-to.

I absolutely adore this place. the food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced… Also the staff is so incredibly friendly and really makes the experience overall just perfect. Sometimes its best to go with a perfect, simple establishment — I always look forward to it for any meal!!! — No card minimum — Open super early/late — Sandwiches are incredible — Free delivery

This review is 4 stars because I ordered delivery but I’m sure if I went to the location it would warrant a 5 star review. I got 2 iced coffees, French toast and a bagel with cream cheese. The coffees were a great mix(creamer and sugar) not too much which is important. I’m not trying to get diabetes from my coffee(Dunkin doughnuts is always trying this) haha. The French toast was delicious! I honestly think that it’s a hard thing to get right and most places fail at it but la luna makes it like momma use to. A sprinkle of cinnamon, light and fluffy. So gooood. The bagel was fresh and they didn’t slop on the cream cheese like most places in NYC. I can’t wait to go in person next time.

Great overall experience. I’m extremely picky, it’s great to find a place that actually listens when you makes your sandwich to order And at a fair price. I’ve passed by this café so many times. So happy I stopped I will be a regular from now on.

I was wandering astray in Queens and both noticeably lost and absolutely freezing to death. Those fingerless Unilocal gloves do not keep away the brutal winds of winter. BRRRR. But then I realized I was starving and still massively hungover and saw the words ‘BAGEL’ glow like a beacon of light. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cinnamon raisin cream cheese. Then they told me after that they didn’t have that cream cheese anymore and it made me frown because nothing else except plain or low-fat cream cheese is acceptable to me on a sweet bagel. OK. Asked the nice ladies for directions to the n train. They were super helpful and basically just told me ‘to keep walking to the end’. I guess that kind of made sense. They have lots of baked goods and make sandwiches as well. Relatively clean but nothing seemed special about the spot. Bagel? Not remarkable. It was a little chewy and doughy. Flat doughy though. Taste was just okay. I would only go here if you were in a pinch or severely deprived of bagels.

I would totally get food here again — I tried it the other day when I was too lazy to walk to my go-to salad/sandwich place, Create. Everything we tried was fresh and yummy — had a turkey sandwich and shared some salad. Baked goods are yummy, and everything smelled and looked good. Clean interior, and reliable service and fare. Good job, La Luna!
