I got Smoothbeam for my acne scars at the Astoria location.
Each time I went in for my session a different lady performed the laser on me. They were all inexperienced and burned my sensitive skin. After complaining to L. K, they offered me to have the sessions again for 30% off. Seriously, are you f*cking serious? I am left with scars on my face and -$ 2,000 in my wallet.
