These guys are the best! After calling around we found that they had the cheapest prices for replacing my really hard to find Sony Xperia Z3. and did it extremely quickly. both times. When my MotoX was acting crazy and ATT could not figure out what was the problem… they figured it out within minutes.(Also 2 times – i break my phone’s a lot).

Getting my phone’s battery replaced at this shop was a TERRIBLE experience. After they installed a new battery on my phone, my phone turned into a «brick.» The store refused to give me a refund. IFYOUINADVERTENTLYTURNYOURCUSTOMER’S IPHONEINTO A BRICK, IT’S UNREASONABLETOREFUSETOGIVEYOURCUSTOMERANYREFUND. A) THEFACTS: 1) After the store replaced my IPhone battery, my phone turned into a «brick.» The passcode no longer unlocked the phone and it had no connection. I showed the salesman and asked them if they could fix it. The store told me to either wait and see or try hooking it up to my computer to «restore» it. 2) I went to another store and had them put my original battery back in. With the original battery, my IPhone went back to normal and continued to work just as it did before. This other store suggested that I had been sold a defective battery. 3) I went back to the first store to return the battery they had installed and get a refund. They told me that I could not get a refund because I should have«come back» to them first. They won’t give me a refund because I got it «serviced somewhere else.» I told them that yes, «I did come back to ask you to fix it. You told me to just wait and see.» Even though the repairman who I spoke with and came back to see was there, he would not verify that I did indeed come back to the store. Then I looked at the fine print on the receipt and saw that it said, «Exchanges within 7 days with original packaging and receipt only. Absolutely NOREFUNDS, NOEXCEPTIONS.» Well, I wish I had known that beforehand. B) WHATTHESTORESHOULDHAVEDONEBUTDIDN’T: 1) They should have seriously tried to fix my phone after it turned into a brick. All they did was restart it and then tell me to wait and«restore» it myself. 2) They should have told me straight-up that they have a strict no-refund policy instead of make-up half-truths such as «You never came back to us to ask us to fix it.» 3) They should have tried to compromise with me. They never offered me an exchange or a partial refund. They never even said something amongst the lines of «I’m sorry we turned your phone into a brick.» C) SOMESLACKFORTHESTORE Look, I don’t want the store to go out of business because of one bad review. Maybe they made this mistake just this one time. Perhaps the store was right. Maybe my phone really would have worked with their battery if I had just«restored» it like they suggested. Maybe it would have been more responsible for me to first follow their advice and«restore» the phone before going somewhere else. Maybe the battery they sold me really wasn’t defective. Then again, maybe they knowingly sold me a defective battery. Maybe they never try to fix phones that they mistakenly mess up during repairs. The moral of the story: 1) Don’t come to this store because they have a very, very, very strict no-refund policy. 2) Don’t come to this store because if they turn your phone into a brick by mistake, they won’t try very hard to fix it.

I came here based on my fellow Unilocaler’s reviews and was not disappointed in their repair service. Unlike many small shops that send out their repair work, the guys at Magic have a repair tech on staff. They performed a temporary repair so I could keep using my phone while we waited for the OEM part to get ordered. Since it was a temp job they charged me $ 25 dollars and agreed to credit it back when they complete the final repair. So far I’m thrilled with their transparency and honesty. I’ll let you know how my final repair turn out!

I went to this store after my iPhone screen broke. I had to replace the glass and the actual screen display. It wasn’t cheap but it wasn’t expensive either, I found it reasonable. The best was that they did it right away. In 30 minutes I walked out of the store with a perfect screen. Also, they were very nice and they even gave me a small present because it was my first time. Definitely my new go to guys if I break my screen again(I hope not!).

Great service with these guys a quality cell phone repair shop. Courteous knowledgeable and not trying to rip you off. I had my note 3 screen repaired here and also got advice on other repairs. Definitely a gem in the neighborhood I would recommend.

Horrible experience… I went to this place to repair my cracked iphone screen. They did it, and there were dark speckles all over the screen. So i asked them what are these weird dark spots. Then the employee said those are because of the transparency. EXCUSEME? He tried to fool me. HahahA! Okay i just updated ios7 on my iphone4s. But that was not the reason why my phone has dark spots. He was definitely lying. And they ask me if i want screen protector. I said yes. I thought it is free because they didnt inform me about the price before they put it. Well, I had to pay 10 $ for it which i already have at my house and paid only«3 for 2 $ «from amazon. Anyway. I ask them to repair it again, Then after, the screen had speckles again!!! They said it will go away so wait for few days. I tried to trust them. So i decided to wait if these spots are gone. Nope. next day There are more dark spots AND the screen was trembling… OMG Had to visit them again and wait more than 1h 30ms. (They said less than and hour and on their flyer: we repair while you’re waiting) Liars!!! Total days i had to wait until i see right result: 4days. Horrible !!! Never again!!!
