Nature’s Chemists

This pharmacy is a block away from my house. Its a small pharmacy but no matter what you need they have. Their prices are cheaper then the brand name pharmacies that are on every corner. I support local businesses.

I am posting this review on behalf of my parents Stephen and Argyro. Michael from Natures Chemist has been a God sent. He is very knowledgable, courteous and patient with them. It is great to know that they could get their medications delivered quickly by a competent person! Thank you very much!

I love this place! Mike is super helpful and friendly. You definitely can’t get service like that anywhere these days, except for this place of course!

Another 5 star review for THE BEST pharmacy. Once again I’m amazed at the service that Mike provides, he took his time with me today and was very helpful and comforting. Friendly affordable and convenient!

BEST PHARMACY AROUND — Mike always goes far beyond any chain pharmacy would ever. He answers any and every question I may have and even has a private consultation room for privacy. He looks for coupons for scripts and always tries to save customers money. My entire family goes to this store and we never leave disappointed or feeling like a number. (I’ve heard him greet numerous costumes by name.) The store has everything you need. Try it, you’ll be happy you did.

As long as I live in Astoria, I will never ever go to a CVS or Rite-​Aid again! The pharmacist here is a great guy– he actually cares about the customer. The first time I picked up one of my regular prescriptions at Nature’s Chemists, he took time to explain to me the side-​effects. Now, my doctor had already told me what to watch for, but the dozens of times I went to CVS not ONCE did anyone ever go over this with me! He is really knowledgeable and treats me like a neighbor (which I am, but this is Queens, and I don’t think I’ve gotten the same ‘welcome back’ attitude anywhere else.)
He has done several favors for me– for instance, there was a particular time when one of my medications wasn’t in stock. He explained that other pharmacies were having the same problem getting the pills from the pharmaceutical company, so he called other pharmacies in the area until he found one that had it in stock, then transferred my prescription over the phone so that it was ready for me at (the dreaded) CVS!
Also, I never have to wait more than a minute or two for my prescription to be filled. I recommend this place to anyone!

Brand new and clean, A+.

Brand new, small + clean. I went here yesterday by happenstance with my girlfriend, as she needed a cleanser for her face. So we run across some natural deodorants. My girlfriend asked the pharmacist which were the picks, and he spent about 3 minutes explaining to us the pros and cons of each.
Very knowledgeable and kind. The cashier was friendly and involved with our shopping and waited on our impulse items [you know? the candy by the register hehe] shopping spree before swiping our card. It’s kind of on a quiet street, but I’m sure they’re busy all weekend, as they’re across the street from Riccardo’s.
Will be back next time I’m in Astoria Park.
