Where should I begin? The service here is TERRIBLE. The first time I ever went inside I was greeted by a lady with orange hair and she was super nice. So I figured okay I’ll come back! I do come back and instead have a women with black straight hair, light skin, and is on the thicker side. This second time I come in, I don’t get nearly a hello, and while I’m waiting to be helped she begins to argue back and forth with an unhappy customer in front of everyone there! The other ladies dress hem was way too thick and even she showed me a picture of the dress before it was tailored, and this women(black hair) continues to insist it was like that when it clearly wasn’t. She was giving attitude and saying she knows nothing about the dresses, literally just like that. How do you know nothing about the business you work for.? If you provide a service, you should know about it. I was offended for this lady and it wasn’t even my dress! Not to mention that after she left, this rude worker began to talk about her to another customer. Okay so the third time I come in now, I have my heart set on this dress by said designer, I go in now greeted by the nicer woman with orange hair. I show her the dress I want and she shows it to the rude lady to see if she knows it. Not a moment and she goes«oh that? That’s nothing it’s just white, looks like a curtain rack» I’m not over exaggerating either. I’m sorry but for lack of better words, she’s a bitch and that’s that. I understand you have your opinion but when a customer has their opinion, you do what the customer wants. You are rude, condescending, and lack knowledge about something your job revolves around. And when your store begins to lose customers, don’t ask why.
