We boarded our dog here in May 2010. Our dog was left outside unsupervised for an hour and a half. She jumped their fence and was hit by a car. Pet Chauffeur never called us to tell us she had runaway. We were contacted by animal control. Our dog broke her hip and pelvis and may never have use of her left hind leg and the Pet Chauffeur is refusing to pay our vet costs. THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE! Please do yourself and your pet a favor and do not board here. We do not anyone to go through the nightmare that we are going through.
