Don’t come here unless if you get used to waiting for 2 hours. My doctor appointment was 12PM and the receptionist told me that I needed to wait for 40 minutes. then another 40 minutes. After that another 40 minutes. Apparently, the doctor had a late patient early on and he himself was late. Good combo huh? It is interesting how this practice works and still survive. If your patient is very late, you should have automatically cancelled that appointment. Being nice is a good practice but if being nice sacrifices others’ time then what’s the point? Apparently, I was not the only who waited that long. You could see everybody had bad mood. Even after some of them cancelled the appointment, it didn’t make the wait time faster! In the end, I finally met him at 2.30PM. He checked me up for less than 15 minutes. This business practice has loooongggggg wayyyyyy to go to be called«professional».

I have been suffering in years from rhinitis during the spring and fall seasons due to pollen. I thought that last year was the worse and something was needed to be done before the new season started. A colleague had recommended the ENT& Allergy Associates to me which had over 40 branches in NYC. I made an appointment to the one that was closest to me. The personal and health history questionnaires are accessible and can be filled in online. The doctors also participate with most healthcare insurances. They were very professional here, from the front desk staff to the nurses and my allergist, Dr. Jennifer Lee. It was fun to find out that I have an allergy to rabbit aside from seasonal plants. However, the skin test can get uncomfortable at times so be prepared. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
