We recently had 17 tank tops done @ whateverink. We are pleased with the quality, turn around time and price. Will definately use them in the future!

Difficult to guarantee the timeliness of the work even after multiple calls and interactions over two months in advance of when the product is needed. A very small operation that charges more than other printers in the area. I had good luck with one print job and bad luck with another. No delivery provided for large bulky orders. «By appointment only» schedule and often no one there when you stop in to pick up the order.

Update: Can you believe the nerve the owner to ask me to remove the review just because it would hurt their business? Shameful.
What a nightmare. My softball league was looking for a local printer to cut down on wait time after ordering shirts. Whatever Ink has been the worst.
We were told the shirts would be available on a Friday after 5PM. I got there 5:30PM and was asked to come back at 7PM. At 7PM, I was told they still weren’t done, but the owner said she would personally deliver them to my apartment at 8PM. At 8PM, someone who does not work there delivered the shirts and would not wait for me to inspect the shirts.
The quality of the printing was acceptable, but not as good as the quality from a different printer. Since they were late, I was told I would get 10% a future order, which is good because their prices were by far the highest.
Last week we placed another order with them on Friday, and they did not respond. We went to the location during business hours the next week and it was closed, with no sign indicating why. They didn’t answer the phone either. I would say «stay away» but they may be closed for good.
