Yesterday morning I woke up and found that my computer was not functioning properly. Because I use it for my business I was in a very stressed state and needed it fixed ASAP.
The first thing I did was get on the phone to call anyone in Astoria who could help. Shockingly at 10am on Friday, I could not get anyone on the phone! Eventually I made a call to Z Logic and was able to get in touch with Joe.
My first impression of Joe was a great one. First of all, I know he is reliable because he answered the first time I called him. Once I explained my situation he said he would be over in two hours to take a look at my computer.
Once Joe arrived he spent around two hours working with my computer. Since he could not initially resolve the problem, he took the computer back to his office to continue working on it. Joe kept the computer overnight, and by 7am this morning I was able to pick up my computer. The great part is that its working perfectly.
In short, Joe is great at what he does, reliable, and dedicated! If you need computer help I strongly recommend Z Logic.
