i had my first class. The studio is great, compact but it does everything it needed. The instructor was great. It was my first time, for a group class she actually took time to correct my form.

Parking is tough in this area and studio can be hard to find especially in the dark. If you buy a class deal you will be cancelled out of your class like Nina said if the other person doesn’t show –I haven’t heard of this at other studios and was disappointed in this policy. Also if you are a newbie I found little help or assistance and was told it’s our job to remember the settings not the teacher — I didn’t feel like the instructor was very helpful or hands on. If you want to do the free intro class I guess you can only do it the first time at the beginning even though it’s only offered one day a Week. I felt like packages are pushed which aren’t cheap! If you are looking for a warm and fuzzy hands on helpful instructor i would look elsewhere. Studio is small but very clean there is a small bathroom to change in if needed. If you sign up for emails there seems to be various deals offered but if you have class pass then probably cannot combine.

I’m so glad I was able to find a such a great studio that I can walk to from my apartment. Gorgeous studio– very clean, quiet, and has a calming atmosphere. Very professional looking– yet with a local neighborhood and friendly feeling. I love that for a tower or reformer class, the maximum class size is 4 people(in past studios it’s been 6 – 8) — you get plenty of personal attention in a group setting. One thing I love about pilates is that the most minor correction/adjustment can lead to such great gains and results– and with only 4 people to watch over at any given time, Gina definitely adjusts each individual’s set if it is needed or she sees someone is struggling or needs an additional challenge. With such small class sizes, you get a loyal following of repeat customers– you get your money’s worth and I really feel like you progress in difficulty from week to week. As for the class pass member’s super negative review below– I wouldn’t let that deter you. Gina’s classes are worth every penny– class pass or no class pass– she is knowledgeable and patient and will work with whatever fitness level or body type you come with. I’ve taken weekend classes for a few weeks now and I’m totally hooked– I’ll definitely be back for more and I’m hoping to move on to the more advanced levels.

ClassPass Members Beware: I’ve had nearly half as many classes canceled on me as I was able to attend over the last couple months. Most recently I showed up on time and waited 15 minutes before I was told class was canceled because the other student was a no show. Because someone else didn’t show up, I now have to go home without a class? I was shocked at this unprofessionalism. Will be taking my Pilates practice elsewhere where my time will be respected.

First off, this is a gorgeous studio! I took Gina’s Sunday Tower class through ClassPass and was impressed that there were only 3 students. It was practically a private session. Everything was clean and not cramped and I felt like I got a good workout with proper adjustment from Gina. I struggled for half a second to find the entrance(down the driveway in the rear of the building) but there are signs out front directing you down. I’ll definitely return.

I started going to Gina for private sessions around a year ago but have since started taking classes in the new space. Gina herself is lovely, incredibly knowledgeable about pilates and has helped me work on some sticky spots(i have no major injuries). I have only taken the level 1 classes and open classes but they move quickly enough without you feeling like you are left behind. The space just opened so the machines are clean and new plus after each class you wipe them down with cleaning solution so things should stay that way. Oh, and the studio is down the driveway of the house, the garage holds the space for private classes while the group classes are held down the driveway and to the right tucked in the basement apartment.
