This was a great place to learn about Cider! We enjoyed the cider and the education! We sampled and bought 2 wonderful white wine blends. Will be back soon.

Bristol’s is our Atascadero go-to bar. Comfy couches, an array of sublime ciders, and good company. Staff is friendly and informal, just like you’d expect in your neighborhood pub. Warm people, cold drinks, good pizza and curry, what more could you ask?

Had an amazing time the other night. These folks know cider! Lots of people, fun atmosphere, bbq style pizzas when I was there, I believe it’s a regular thing on Fridays?

It was the perfect cider bar to go to for my friend and I to reminisce about our times studying abroad in London. The vibes were so relaxing and friendly, I wish they had a place like this closer to Santa Barbara! The bartender was very friendly and accommodating, as it was our first time in the area and at a cider bar. We were recommended this place by some locals and decided to give it a shot. We ordered a sampler of every cider they had to offer for their flights. Prices are incredibly good and cheap as well. The ciders came in all sorts of flavors, including ones that tasted very similar to IPAs, ones with tastes of bourbon in them, and others that had the classic apple cider flavor to it. I also love how they decorated the place. It’s a very open area, but they have some more intimate places as well with couches in the corners. Kid and pet friendly, there’s playing cards, board games, and even chalk to where you can draw on this massive silver container looking thing…

We went on a Saturday evening, and everything was perfect! The atmosphere is awesome and very relaxing. A perfect place to hang out with friends and enjoy some great food and delicious cider. We ordered the Cider Flight and I enjoyed all of them. They have board games and cards at the tables, as well as sofas to relax on. Each Saturday evening from 5−8pm, Gypsy Flame Wood Fired Pizzas is there. While a little on the pricey side, their pizza was amazing! I recommend ordering RIGHT when you get there because it takes a while for the pizza to come out. I got the macaroni and cheese pizza. It was great but would have been WAY better with white sauce instead of red sauce. Will definitely visit again.

We went a Sunday evening and the place was completely empty. We loved the ambiance, its nice, and edgy. Tables have game boards so you can drink and play all you want. We had a really nice time playing scrabble, but they also have card games and other game boards. They have nice sofas if you prefer to just sit and have a nice conversation. I found the prices to be very cheap, we had 5 glasses of 1oz for a total of $ 5. They have great variety of hard ciders and wines. The hard ciders are made in store so you can see where there are storage and made! The only reason that I am giving them 3 stars is because I did not liked their ciders as much as I wanted to. I tend to like sweet ciders and most if them were a little too dry for my taste. Some of them had citrus flavors and even nuts flavor… I asked for a sweeter cider and the bartender told me they were out of stock of their sweetest cider which happen to be favorite. She then gave me a free testing of the cider, out of the storage can… which was half way process. I think I will go back to try that cider once its finished!

The ciders are all delicious. My favorites were Anne Bonny. They also had Gypsy Flame Wood Fired Pizza there. These were some of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten, and we ordered all the flavors.

Wow. When I think cider, I think over-sweetened apple juice; at Bristols that is absolutely not the case. Fantastic flavor, definite variation, and a kick that puts your money to work. Staff was very helpful, atmosphere is great, plenty of seating and playing cards.

Great location to hang with friends. We tried all the ciders and enjoyed them all. Be warned though, these are not the light ciders most people are used to. I especially enjoyed the Anne Bonny. We also snacked on a delicious wood fire pizza while playing cards. I very much look forward to going back, especially to try the Curry night.

A great local pub style tasting room with an excellent selection of house-made ciders to choose from. A British pub feel welcomes you, as you come to sip on some hard cider and perhaps enjoy a bowl of Curry on Thursday night, or a Pizza on Saturdays. This is a very casual place, and a great spot to bring a few friends and relax.

We had so much fun at Bristols Cider House last night. We brought in our dinner, drank cider and wine, and enjoyed the company of friends. The staff was fun and friendly. Great place to hang out.

This was an interesting place. Pretty good variety of different ciders to taste. I’ve been cider tasting before and they’re definitely better than the kind you buy in the store(in my opinion). I went on a Saturday about 4pm or so and it wasn’t too busy. Seems like a few local/regulars were in there talking with the staff. They offer wood fire pizzas on Saturdays for dinner. The menu looked pretty amazing but we didn’t stay to try them, maybe next time! I’m a local and would definitely come back. It’s a perfect place to go on a nice warm day and sip a nice cold cider.

This is a place that is off the path that you need to find your way too!!! I love cider and this place puts a whole new twist on the word LOVE of cider! This is the first place that has their own true signature flavor.

We left the house on a gorgeous Sunday to go wine tasting. I’m not sure how we ended up in Atascadero having cider instead. I think the conversation started with us remembering how good the cider was at Lone Madrone. They pour the Bristol’s to taste, and have several bottles for purchase out there(we bought the Anne Bonny that day). They have about 6 others at the Cider House. We did 2 samplers– a plain one and a fancy one. Ended up leaving with a growler. It was surprisingly not crowded, we got there around 2 p.m. We ended up making a day out of it, hitting up Mollie Pitcher’s and then Sylvester’s for a burger. Great ambiance, a really cool playlist and the décor is funky with a big Banksy– inspired mural and chalkboard signs. Next time we have out-of-town visitors, we will be bringing them here. Yay Atascadero!

Tucked away in the North side of Atascadero this cider house is a nice place to hang out with some good friends and enjoy delicious crafted ciders. It has a nice low key feel and all staff are very welcoming. I’m not sure if they sell food there but you are more then welcome to bring your own. It reminds me a lot of Eugene, OR. This place is definitely a keeper

Had no idea this gem was here, but can’t stop telling people to go check it out now! Great ciders, nice staff, fair pricing. Seating can be hard to find certain days, and the hours seem short for the weekend nights but that’s my only complaint. Buy a growler and enjoy at home!

What an awesome place. Yummy ciders, decent prices, cool vibe, comfy seating(if you can grab a spot!) We came in and did the flight then got half pints and pints of the ones we liked. The only complaint that we had is the hours! Why close at 8? We were just getting going when we had to wrap it up when we could have easily kept going. It was closing time and the place was still packed on a Friday night! Extend the hours and maybe offer a bbq option on the weekend and I’d give this great new addition to Atascadero 10 stars!

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, comfortable setting. I am a cider fan but unfortunately of the sampler of 5 tastes, I didn’t like even one of them enough to finish a 3 oz pour.

Screw«cidre»! You want the real deal. The English do Cider right. On any day you can go through a flight or grab a pint. This place is where you want to be on a hot day or cool night where everything is on the table and all levels of fun matter.
