Just had my washer and dryer serviced by Lucas! He was on time and explained everything he was doing. Excellent service I highly recommend Coulton’s!

I called Coultons because my bottom oven was not working. Russ came, it took him 2 hours to find the reset button on the bottom oven. When finally located, he charged me $ 184. After he left the top oven would not work. He came back after 2 phone calls and in less than a minute he discovered an oven timer knob was turned in the wrong direction. After turning the knob upright, the oven heated up. He charged me $ 44.50 for one minute work.
When I asked him for his card, he put a metal sticker with «Coulton» written on it and placed it on the inside of top oven. The metal sticker cannot be removed. Guess he has to make a buck no matter what.

Excellent work and effort by both technician and support staff to be sure everything possible is done right. I have a 2 year old Whirlpool refrigerator now needing major repair. Coulton ‘s contacted corporate to try to find a way for the company rather than me to need to pay. They made several phone calls to Whirlpool to get them to make things right. I know I can trust Coulton’ s, not sure yet about Whirlpool. Will DEFINITELY call them again with any appliance repair needs.

Seriously ~ these guys are TOP NOTCH! Look no further … I had someone else who came out for my double oven, and ordered a part, then ordered another … meanwhile I was not happy with that service so I called Coultons. It was like MAGIC!!! They actually LOOKED at all the fans in my oven … to discover one was STUCK … no NEW part was needed! I needlessly went a whole month without my oven … but so so thankful now!!!

Russ was able to fix our washing machine in about an hour. He had the parts he needed and showed expertise in getting right to the problem and getting it fixed. He did show up later that originally scheduled but got the job done.

Nice, knowledgeable and fixed all of the problems quickly and inexpensively (washer needed new washer knob, timer, and agitator dogs, and dishwasher had a frozen water pump). I’m so thankful and really thrilled with their service! They were also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave great advice on keeping the appliances running well.
