Dollar Tree Store

The dollar tree continues to deliver. No price hikes and the quality remains consistent. Yep there may be some cheap stuff, ok, but look at all the bargains especially in home cleaning items, cards, snack food, kitchen items, and more. The dollar tree is a worth while stop on one’s set of places to frequent. The short update is to say that over the years Dollar tree continues to deliver and the staff is ever pleasant, and there is never a price check at Dollar tree

Wow… where can you go anymore that the staff greets you at the door? Well you can go to Dollar Tree Store and you will get just that! Its nice to be acknowledged! And they actually mean it! The store is clean and things are easy to find. They are. pet friendly too, unlike the 99, cent store who are rude from the get go. The quality of their products and the inventory is impeccable. I will definitely keep driving the extra distance for such good service. Staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you find a product.

I love this location, and I really appreciate the friendly customer service. I never have to wait in a long line, and for that I’m appreciative. I do wish that they would expand their store to carry fresh produce and more refrigerated items. I love their selection of holiday décor, and it is comparable in quality to much of what I find in other stores for a whole lot more!

Above average? Yes. Putting the concept of the store in context of the review, we cannot expect a dollar store to have freshly shampooed carpeting, sparkling displays, and fully stocked shelves.
But what they do have is consistenl product that is, for the most part, worth the price. The store is laid out well. The shelves are fairly full. Plenty of variety.
Staple products like party supplies, cleaning supplies, etc… are consistent. Seasonal stock comes in early, and in volume. So you can also always find items for Halloween, 4^th of July and what not.
A review would not be complete without mentioning staff, or customer service. The Dollar Tree staff is polite, courteous, and available. I’ve seen many customers in the Dollar Tree who expect a lot more, and can be difficult. These customers are always treated better than they deserve. So kudos to employees.
So what could they do to earn a 5-​star rating? Well, they could be the best of the dollar stores. A bit cleaner, a bit brighter, a bit more customer service. Or a truely great deal here and there.

I love the dollars store! The cashiers are so friendly. They have public restrooms, they have a ton of stuff, and the manager really cares, he jumps in and helps his employees when needed.

This place is good to get movie snacks and items for a gift basket.

The Dollar Tree Store is my place to go for a few things but cheater reading glasses are my main draw!!! I’m not sure if I have brought it on myself by not taking care of my eyes professionally or what but though I can see far away… I need 350 to read and so when I know they have a delivery and I need those glasses, I try to get there as soon after the truck leaves as I can because I know they have more of a surplus of 100s and 150s but the higher number readers are harder to find.
So if you follow my reviews… you know that I am… ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you are great!!! I will sing an opera about you!!! And you better believe you will hear about it as I sing you praises… But watch out if you are rude… I will get your name and blood type and won’t be afraid to use it! Or at least Unilocal it! I went to the Paso Robles store and I guess I was there just as the truck had pulled in and no one acted like they really wanted to go out of their way to find the glasses box even though I had made a special trip out of my way ~ it wasn’t their fault that I had to rush off to go to work and didn’t have time to wait. Soooo on Saturday after work I bypassed the Paso Robles store and decided to go to the Atascadero one. They always seem to go above and beyond where customer service is concerned and I was not disappointed!
At first I did ask one employee and he said that what was out was out and there was only one kind of funky looking 350 pair but I took it thinking well I guess I will have to go try the Paso store. But as I went through the line the girl checking me out (I think her name was Jennifer at least that’s what it said on the reciept) said «Oh wait a minute and took a few minutes pulling out several boxes for me. She could have told me what was out was all they had but she understands customer service and I have a feeling that someone is going to see that and offer her a job! I know I would want someone like her working for me! ***** FIVE STARS for Jennifer!!! Four stars just cuzzzz it is is the Dollar Tree and I mean whoever heard of a five star dollar store? Plus sorry the guy who couldn’t bother to know abouut the hidden boxes or knew about them but didn’t want to be bothered … nice enough but proved my NOT five star worthy theory though that doesn’t mean Jennifer isn’t!
