I have been in this store twice since it opened. The first time I was going to pick up a couple new harmonicas. The desk help(I guess he thinks he is a musician) was such an arrogant prig I left. MUCH easier to go see eddy down in Morro bay. Today I broke my promise, thought it COULD have been a fluke, and didn’t feel like driving all the way to Morro bay. I needed a set of strings. This time there was another clerk. An older dude who thought he was a tough guy. I asked about a set of guitar strings, he was a total jack-hole shouting I don’t help and take your business somewhere else. Having run a successful business for four years in this town(he obviously did not know me, or he would have been a little more circumspect as my business is training folks in armed and unarmed combat, a business I spent 22 years in) I opted to let it go. Both of these folk are WELCOME to show up at my little business and show me just how tough they are, ichikan dojo.

Sumamry: Had bad experience; employees were more interested in their in-store rifle than me. In less than a minute, I had an awful experience at this store. As a visitor in town, who loves drumming, I thought I’d check out the local music store. There were 2 men next to the counter and neither of them acknowledged my presence. As I approached the counter I noticed there was a massive machine gun/rifle on it. I was immediately shocked and decided to leave. One man asked, if I needed help; I let out some nervous laughter, said«no thanks» and continued to leave. The man then let out an angry«you have a problem?!» and then I left. Wow. What a great way to get business, handle assault weapons out in the middle of the store and then scold your customers. I would not shop here after that experience
