I used Mike (owner/​operator) to clean my windows for many years. However, after his last visit, I am sad to say I will NEVER hire him again! The first problem was catching him drinking on the job. For a person hired to spend the afternoon on tall ladders and roofs (skylights) this is a huge no-​no!!! Then, after discovering he did not do all the windows we paid for Mike has not answered ANY of our requests for a call back. I would not have let him back on our property to fix the job, I just wanted to tell him how disappointed I was and personally tell him Why I was not going to ever use him again. Heed my advice and save yourself from the problems I experienced. Simply hire someone else to do your Windows!!!
