John the manager is awesome I would definitely recommend him if you are from out of town and don’t have a menu! Thank you John! We were stuck and it was late, he has amazing patients and was very happy to serve us.

Pizza/​price was decent… Only thing good I can say. The three dudes working last night did all they could to make me feel unwelcome. Would absolutely not recommend.

This used to be my favorite pizza place but now I’ve had a few very oversauced sliding off the crust pizzas and when I tried to address that fact with them no one seemed to care. I’ll be trying somebody else out next time. So sad after 10 ½ years of getting pizza there! The new owners are not keeping the standards that Eric had for all those years.

I phoned in an order for a large 4 topping pizza for $ 7.99. The woman on the other line acknowledged the price and took the order. When I arrived to pick it up, the price was $ 9.99. When I asked why it wasn’t $ 7.99, the women claimed she didn’t know and walked away. Another worker came up and asked what I thought the price was and when I stated $ 7.99 he just walked away. The staff was very unprofessional. Do not recommend this establishment. They make up prices as they go along.

First, the pizza is consistently delicious! Friendly and fast service. Whenever I call to order to find the best deal for my occasion, they offer suggestions. They have gluten free crust and they offer TakeNBake for $ 3 off! Definitely our go to pizza.

Best pizza in town and the prices are right. The restaurant doesn’t look like more than a hole in the wall, but the great pizza is hidden behind the façade.

We just moved to SLO, and we were looking for our always to go pizza place… We found it! Its really cheap, we paid $ 9.99 for a large pizza with 4 toppings! It is a really good pizza with fresh ingredients. It is called express for something: we got our pizza in less than 10 min. I would strongly recommend this pizza for delivery or take out. The place is small and although they do offer inside sitting (2 booths and several tables), the ambiance is not that nice for neither a date or getting together with friends: the place is definitely addressed for delivery and take out. They deliver which is great, but they not only deliver pizza, but also their multiple selections of calzones, salads, sandwiches, drinks AND beers… Yes… BEERS! They also offer an ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA, breadsticks and soda for 6.99 in store only. I will definitely try that out some day soon.

Good stuff! Called by phone so I could pick up later. Couldn’t find prices on their website, kind of odd, but maybe its for competition reasons. Idk.
The woman on the phone gave me the prices I was curious about, then offered me their pickup special. Yes please, ill take 2! The pickup time was nice and accurate too.

Gross. Just gross. It taste like it came from an an old persons home. Frozen dough, crappy «cheese» and the toppings looked to be months old. It’s cheap for a reason.

Value value value! I can’t believe how great tasting the pizzas are. Quality toppings at a great price.
They serve pizza by the slice all day for $ 1.75 a slice.
But I must say I am hooked on their calazones. They are very similar to a strombolli and huge. Perfect amount of sauce to toppings. One great feature if you are watching the game and order a pizza they will deliver Beer yes they deliver beer! I know there are tons of pizza joints but give Pizza Express a try.

Tried it, and was sorely disappointed.
Food was terrible.
I tried the chicken garlic calzone and my boyfriend and his brothers ate the chicken pesto pizza… And all we have to say is we were not happy nor satisfied with the quality.
Better to order Dominoes than Pizza Express…

Best local pizza place in Atascadero. If your order is taking a while to arrive, it’s because they’re a small operation and they are almost always CRAZY busy (which is a good sign!) Plan ahead – order early, be a little more patient, maybe even get it for pick-​up (the $ 10 four-​topping carry-​out special is a great deal!) but definitely DO try them out if you haven’t already.

Consistently good pizza that is generous with toppings. The value is great. They will match competitors coupons. Not a huge fan of their crust… a bit dry and no flavor. But overall a great pie. Their cheesy bread is amazing and the ranch dressing they offer is tasty. Great carry out deals.

As I walked up to the place, I honestly didn’t expect much. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the pizza was awesome. I was very impressed. We had the Mediterranean. They sprinkle something on the crust that makes the pizza extra good. I thought the service was just fine. The owner was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

I’m giving this two stars because of their $ 20 for $ 40 Unilocal deal. Beware that you can only use it on the regular menu only. You cannot use it on any of their specials at all. The pizza is good but I felt like this was kind of a bait and switch. Lesson learned. We will not return.

Let me start off by saying Pizza express has made our Valentines extra special with there perfectly heart shaped pizza. Both our 1 and 2 year olds loved the pizza and bread sticks. And there bread sticks were amazing. Very pleased

The Unilocal deal for $ 20 for $ 40 worth of food is outstanding. We got a lot of food for $ 20, enough for 2 large meals for 2 people. The quality of the food is excellent, pizza was yummy as were the wings. We got a small salad which was very big and full of ingredients. They definitely don’t skimp at all. My bf asked for extra sauce and boy did they give us extra! The manager or owner was so nice and came by our table with some free cinnamon stick desserts. Those were also delicious. For this price, I really can’t justify going to any other pizza place in this town. Well done Pizza Express!

It would be the best in town if they were consistent sometimes arrives med, hot, warm. Better if you pick it up.

This is more about the service than the food.
You ever been so hungry that you’re eventually NOT hungry? Yeah, that happened. I went in about 7:30PM to try their all you can eat deal for $ 6.99, seems like a pretty good deal. Granted it was pretty busy, so I knew it was a bit of a wait. At around 7:45, I saw the manager (I think he was the manager since he was wearing a different shirt from everyone else) he moved some tickets around and placed some at the beginning of line. A few minutes later, about 25 minutes from when I arrived, I asked about my order and was told it was going to be ready in a few minutes, so I waited. 15 minutes later, I was once again told it was going to be a few more minutes. By this time, about 40 minutes had passed since I first ordered my «all you can eat» pizza. Needless to say, I waited enough and left. No refund, no food, nothing… basically money was taken and no food provided. This was the first time I tried this deal and not sure if its coming to wait apart am hour before you eat, maybe it should be changed to «all you can wait»…and come on a full stomach, you’ll be hungry by the time you get your food.

All bad. The pizza might, just might, be delicious but I would t know. Showed up to this place earlier today because Unilocal stayed the business was open… signs all stated they were «open» but no one was home. Doors were locked. Like I said, all bad.
