They were contracted to replace the roofs in my townhome community. Most homes were not flashed correctly at the chimney’s and where a part of the roof met the side of the house in certain areas. This caused leaks that damaged the inside of many homes, including mine.
When I called for a warranty, I did not receive a call back. After a week or so of calling, I finally got someone to respond and come out to take a look at my issue.
I was told that they would be back to fix the problem the next day. No one showed up and nothing was ever done. This was over a year ago and I cannot get an answer to this day.
DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HIRING ANY CONTRACTOR. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA. STAY AWAY FROM SMS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
