All About The Move

Never used them, but heard that they did a good job.

UPDATE TWO: The owner’s response is, simply put, full of lies. She KNOWS that her workers broke a glass tabletop. Now she’s saying it didn’t happen. This just makes it worse. I wish I could give zero stars.
UPDATE: After posting this, Dee sent me an email personally attacking me, which only reflects on her and her lack of professionalism.
Do NOT hire this company to help with your move. I didn’t have a lot of stuff, but one inexperienced laborer broke a glass tabletop and one dented a very expensive console table. Meanwhile, they packed the truck horribly, and I had to repack it. The gentlemen were very nice and apologetic for the damage they caused. But when I told «Dee», the «moving coordinator» what happened, she did everything in her power to avoid taking responsibility. This, despite the fact that she sent emails to me saying she wanted to «make this right». The workers lied to her and, though she knows without a doubt that the workers damaged my furniture, she continues to hide behind a lengthy legal document that releases them from all liability. This is a dishonest, uncaring company. There are plenty of other movers, so don’t hire this disreputable outfit.

Maybe you should learn customer service and do the right thing by paying for something your movers broke. Thank you :)

Our moving experience with All About the Move was nothing short of wonderful! The movers had great personalities and attitudes and they took amazing care of our belongings. They showed-​up on time and got to working immediately and never once wasted time.
I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great moving experience with little effort on your part!

Had a really great experience with these guys back in August.
I had my 2BR apartment packed up and needed some help getting it onto my truck. They sent a 2 man crew over and I was floored by their efficiency – they had the truck packed up tetris-​style in a little over an hour. While I thought it would have been a tough squeeze into the truck, they got everything in with room to spare. The only things that shifted on my cross country move were the suitcase and cooler that I threw in after they left!
The pricing was very reasonable. I’d use these guys again.

We used All About the Move in Athens last week to move our daughter and we could not say enough good things about the two young men that came to assist us. They arrived early and were waiting for us when we got there. One was already working before we completed the paperwork with the other. They were
kind, courteous and professional and did in a couple hours what would have taken us a day or better. They were respectful of our furniture and belongings and meticulous in packing. There was not room in the truck for a piece of paper once they had it packed. I might also add that from the first call the owner was accommodating and understanding and more than flexible as we were not certain of move in date and it, in fact, our move in date did change. I give them 10 stars and apolgize for such a long review but must reiterate that they were the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone. . Betty

I needed to move my stuff from my storage into a storage container so I found Keith and he was so nice and helpful. I called last minute needing movers the next day and he able to accommodate me.
