I really want to be able to give Bellhops five stars, because my movers (Brady and Chris) were so freaking awesome and positive and friendly and efficient. Seriously, this was one of the easiest/​best moves I ever had.
However, it should be noted that I booked two Bellhops and got a (very worrying) text message half an hour beforehand telling me that only one would be showing up. Bellhops called and told me they’d be taking 50% off my order price, and Brady was able to contact Chris (who wasn’t working through Bellhop at that point), and I also had myself and a friend to help, so it worked out — but I was really not pleased with such a last-​minute bomb during a stressful, cross-​country move.
Overall, I think this is a great idea and a great service populated by really great people — but reliability is super-​duper key in moving, and that has to be reflected in my review.

As a single woman, I felt overwhelmed by the idea of moving all of my belongings on my own, and doing so inexpensively. However, with the help of Bellhops I was able to make one of the cheapest moves I’ve ever had! I rented a Uhaul van, and we were able to move all of my things in 3 hours. The young men who helped were incredibly friendly and made sure all of my things were safe in the move. I definitely recommend Bellhops if you need a little extra man-​power to get the job done.
