Tough to find good landlords, Bob seems great! Referred by a friend who’s been here for several years, and after meeting, talking, etc, felt 100% confident renting a newly-​acquired location entirely on Bob’s promise that it’s being renovated and updated. Everything was honest and upfront, and very easy to work with on some special requests. Looking forward to moving in, will update this review as our lease moves along. Highly recommended!
