I love chikfila! The people this location hires, however, is unbelievable! There is a girl taking orders outside who has a notorious reputation for being a liar and a trouble maker! At the window, different girls misses my hand, and money falls to the ground… reaction? She laughed and said, «Oh well! Would you like for me to replace what I dropped?» Well, don’t you have a cavalier attitude with my money! Smh

The food is always good and the employees at this location, like almost all Chick-Fil-a’s, are friendly and helpful. Despite being crowded at rush times they keep the lines moving and you don’t have to wait long.

Great service! though, that is usually to be expected from Chick-​fil-​A.
I usually go through the drive-​through, and even when the line is long, they keep it moving.
I really love the new grilled chicken sandwiches here. That’s all I get, and I always love it. But I have had the chicken strips with the Chick-​fil-​A sauce, and those are delicious!
Addition: Got a chargrilled chicken club today and it only had 1.5 pieces of bacon and the sandwich was cold. It was close to closing so that may be why but not what I expect from chick-​fil-​a.

While the staff is friendly I have rarely got a complete order that was 100% correct. They always short you on large fries and never get special orders (ie — no bun). I’m tired of calling them to complain so I’m going to stop going there all together and use another closer CFA.

I give this location 5 stars for it’s type. The staff are some of the friendliest in Athens. The place is always clean and they will bring the food to the table if there is any delay. By far the best of the locations from Burlington, MA to Florida.

The people at this Chick-​Fil-​A are very kind. When it gets busy, they grab extra people cleaning to help with the orders. When you are done with your meal, they clear your table so you don’t have to get up. I love this location; it reminds me of a restaurant. It also has a children’s play area in it.
