CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning

We were exceptionally pleased the first two times we used this company, but the last time was a bit disappointing.
We were charged $ 180 to clean an empty house that was less than 1500 sq feet.
I guess I should have asked the fee in advance, but i didn’t — I assumed it would be what we paid the last two times. So my bad. But when i questioned the charge, Ryan, the owner seemed defensive. It was a little surprising to see the contrast in service levels before and after my question.
Ultimately he told me to «pay whatever I wanted», which I found very patronizing. I was simply trying to understand why we were charged $ 50+ more for similar services.
So use your own judgement, but I think there are other options out there that do an equivalent or better job at a fair price.

They showed up on time, were very courteous, and have fair pricing ($ 40 per room flat), but my carpets don’t look any cleaner. I didn’t have any crazy stains or anything, just normal high traffic areas that were starting to look dirty. Unfortunately these areas still look the same. Nice company, but no results. Waste of money.

These guys are amazing! They use the best smelling solution, and it’s all natural! I used them several times just to have my house smell so fresh… The service is great and they are really friendly. I love coming home and having a dry, clean carpet and having my home smell like citrus!

Ryan was so professional over the phone and even came over on his day off to accommodate our schedule. In the end, we couldn’t have been more satisfied with the job he did. The carpets look brand new, and the whole house has that «new car smell». Ryan’s attention to detail and work ethic really shown through in his work. He carefully moved furniture, and I felt very comfortable about having him in my house. Also, the price he gave me over the phone was the price I paid once he was done. No added fees for going the extra mile. I highly recommend calling Ryan even for a routine cleaning.

I had Citrusolution out to my house recently and could not be more pleased with the service and results! The technician was extremely pleasant and helpful in treating the tough areas. I have been burned in the past by companies that quoted me one price and then added on multiple fees (fuel, stain fees) to my final invoice! This was not the case with Citrusolution. They told me I could make out the check before they arrived or even saw my carpet. It took no time at all and was dry in just over an hour and left my house smelling great! I would definitely recommend this company!
