I came inside the shop with a friends, there was no staff at the register. Waited a few minutes and left. Things has totally changed, there used to be sample cups next to cups and now you have to ask it. The staff seems unhappy and never at the front. They give you 2 cups per person and there are like 10+ flavors, it’s like a gamble… which 2 flavors do you want to get? And they dont stamp it if it isnt over 8oz, which wasnt the case when I first came there (last year).
I’m not going here anymore, their system has changed and it is pricey for a little bit of frozen yogurt. The staff always change, I think a lot of people quit their job there. If you want to keep your customers happy, be more friendly and helpful. — you need at least 4 samples right? –update: 5, 4 star commenst after my review? I think it is hilarious, the person definitely made a fake profile and ask his staff. I do not have to say more. Decide for yourself.

Great selection of interesting flavors, even low fat and no sugar added. Several sugar free topping options too.
Tired of the terrible, rude service though. The staff is almost always not friendly, but today was very rudely told that my loyalty card couldnt be punched because my yogurt wasnt a full 8 oz… even though it got punched the last 3x I was in.
Apparently the owner is willing to lose a loyal customer over 2 oz of yogurt.
Last time I set foot in this place.

Cool place with great yogurt and TONS of toppings. They even serve coffee and have outlets at each table… makes for a good potential meeting spot. Location couldn’t be better. Grab a bite at Taqueria Tsunami, enjoy dessert at D’lishi, and catch a movie at University 16. HIGHLY recommended!!!
