Got some of the munchkins and a French vanilla latte here on Thanksgiving Day. Very friendly and helpful people here. (One of the ladies taking my order — I don’t think English was her first language so communication was a little choppy but she was sweet and got my order right so no worries) Order was just fine. I grew up in Athens and remember when this was just a donut shop twenty five years ago. It’s changed a lot since then and glad to see it still standing.

Ugh, not sure why I’m posting this review. I love Dunkin don’t get me wrong, this review is simply for this location. Consistently slooowww, I don’t get it. I’ve even received the wrong order before. I hope they get it together as the location is very convenient.

Once a week I get an order from here, once a week I have to repeat the entire thing to the speaker and then once a week I have to say it all again when the wrong items start coming to the window. And every week I ask myself why I come here and remember it’s because it’s the only Dunkin Donuts in town. I’m never ordering anything complicated, usually just a couple bagels, a couple coffees and a couple doughnuts (excuse me, donuts). But saying it’s right 50 percent of the time is generous. Once you get your food, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a Dunkin Donuts, and I’ll give them points for being fast.

Among the many things I love about Athens is that this place is on my way to work. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the donuts and coffee are always delicious.
By the way, the nearest house across the street is where the B-52’s performed for the first time. Also among the things I love about Athens.

Good doughnuts, great ice cream, friendly staff, clean environment – that being said, bad hours for a doughnut shop and why did they take away the outside seating?
