I had a good run with NTB for a while. They have great coupons for tires and oil change. I’m sure they did a good enough job but when I got a brake job I had some issues. Within 30 days I was getting shaking in my brakes. I took it back and they looked at it and could not tell there was a problem. Also conveniently the guy that did my brake job no longer worked there. I took it somewhere else and they said it looked like my front rotors had not been turned, even though I paid for all 4 to be turned, and the warped rotors ruined the new brake pads. The worst part was they did nothing to make it right. «sometimes these things happen» In what world does a brake job only last 30 days. I will not be back. $ 300 bucks down the drain.

Friendly front desk staff, clean location. Only problem — I have waited at least an hour for them to bring by car back and begin my service all 3 times I have come. At least 2 hours minimum for service for simple tire problems. One time I made an appointment and it made no difference.

An oil change and tire rotation comes out to $ 24.11 and great people! I highly recommend going here any time you need to get your oil change in Athens, and I will come back the next time I need tires. Only place in town that I have found that will change your oil for under $ 30.
