Left Applebee’s after steak menu options of sirloin, sirloin, sirloin with junk on it, or smaller sirloin. Ordered a rib eye here, cooked exactly as ordered. Excellent piece of beef. Baked potato perfect. Limited but adequate salad bar, free beans, soup, and cornbread with meals. Also free ice cream bar. Last week I had catfish and shrimp. Catfish perfect, shrimp large and plentiful but slightly overcooked. Wonderful mountain of fresh cut fries. We missed them while they were in transition but glad they are back. Great burger, great steak for Athens, very reasonable prices.

Nice place for a new restaurant! Selections of burgers & steaks. They also have a salad bar (which is vegetarian-​friendly), soup bar, & even an ice cream bar (which is included with most of the meals). They even have «chicken rings» for the kiddos.
The restrooms may be a little small & cramped, & they are one-​seaters. But they are relatively clean & kept.
The prices are also pretty decent. I would love to keep coming back to this place, especially as they get more experience & «find their feet»!
