Excellent salad– filling and flavorful. The skillet corn had bacon it– tastes good, but I wish I had known ahead of time since some of the people I was eating with don’t do bacon. Then again, more for me, I guess.

This place is an oasis in a restaurant desert. The food is fresh and comforting. I split a BLT and ½ a chicken with my boyfriend. I’d definitely recommend the ½ chicken. It was moist and flavorful. The Mac and cheese was tasty and creamy. I’d also definitely recommend the corn bread muffins.

The food is very, very good. It’s down home southern themed. The chicken is probably the best rotisserie chicken that I can remember having. The mashed potatoes and gravy are great also. The Mac n Cheese was OK, but I’m not a huge Mac n Cheese fan to begin with. My son loved it though. The corn is a must try. It’s got just the right amount of kick to it. The chocolate chip cookies are the bomb, yo!!! The only downside is the atmosphere. It’s in a very small old deli and there is almost no room at all, so get your food to go. I know that they are just starting up and I would expect them to be very successful and upgrade locations soon.

Athens has been needing something different and I was never sure what, but now that OMG! is here, I couldn’t have thought of anything better! From the delicious, savory sides that taste like your southern grandma’s cooking, the succulent rotisserie chicken whose skin is crisp on the outside, but juicy on the inside… OMG! is the one place you do NOT want to miss out on!

Sheldon and Bethany are great owners of this joint! The chicken was fresh and delicious. The sides were to die for. We tried the mashed potatoes and five cheese mac and cheese. Fresh out of the oven cornbread really made the meal great. But what was the best part? The bread pudding! Handmade and delicious! We finished it off in no time.
Visit this place — well worth it for all of the amazing food you get!
