I took my dog here last week for grooming. I’m not sure what the Groomer’s name is but she was a little rude but I looked past it because we are in search of a grooming place. I asked if she could cut ½ an inch off but in reality she left ½ an inch left on him. I was a little mad because the weather is still cold so I didn’t want to cut too much off. Price wise they were okay but I wish she would’ve say all the extra charges that she would do when I asked. I was the told that the bath was 25 which include teeth, nail trimming, ear cleaning and sanitary but it was all extra so I thought my prices were going to be a little less then $ 40 but it was really over what I had thought it would be.

Knowledgeable Staff. So important!!! I called to check if they had a particular cat food in stock. The gentleman I spoke with told me they carry something close made by the same supplier, but then added that what I asked about was a «star higher» than the version they had. «It will likely be quite different,» he said. That was a great tip that I would not have known otherwise. Besides this phone call, I have been quite impressed with the extensive product selection and attentive customer service at Pet Depot in Athens, AL. You can tell it’s run by folks who truly love animals. Keep up the good work, y’all!

Great selection of dry dog foods– a little on the expensive side, but they always have our brand in stock. Friendly staff, clean store… except maybe the betta fish.
