This place should get a negative star. Very unsanitary, there are bugs and cockroaches everywhere. It definitely doesn’t meet state standards for low income housing. There isn’t a bathroom in the dorm/​rooms. The bathroom you have to use is a very dirty public bathroom, one person at a time. The rooms are around $ 200 a month, cheap but not worth it. Use your money for a better place. The woman in charge is something else. A man died while living there and the manager donated all of his belongings instead of giving it to his family. The no work janitors and manager goes into the rooms whenever they want even though the State of Alabama code says…

If you live there, you aren’t allowed to visit anyone in the other buildings or other floors in your building. The regulations for this place are set up like it’s still college dorms, with gender and visitor separation. Don’t live here.
