Reddy Urgent Care

There was hardly anyone in the waiting room, they saw me almost immediately to get my vitals, then, I waited for over an hour to see a doctor. Four hours later, I am still waiting for them to call in my Rx to CVS. I have called twice now to follow up on the status. I am sick — I would like to start taking medication.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. They are the the worst. You sit there and wait, staff is very rude, messy bathrooms. And dr brown is worthless. I’m glad they took my $ 50 (without fixing the problem) just so I know to never come back here again. I’d rather just go to a minute clinic at cvs or anywhere other than here. I cannot stress enough to stay away from here. The dr shouldn’t even have a license with the things he does.

Very clean. Quick. The gal at the front ® was quite rude like she didn’t want to be there but it was okay.

Quick, easy, accurate, clean. We were visiting from out of town for all state, and my son developed pinkeye. We went during a break in rehearsals, and I asked if they could expedite seeing him. They had us in and out very quickly… but there was a long line of folks there being drug tested (??) Overall, one of our better Urgent Care experiences ever (and we’ve had quite a few.)

Every time I’ve been to Reddy (for flu and winter ailments), I’ve been treated well and promptly given the wait list. It may not be a great place to use if you don’t have insurance that covers urgent care, but otherwise, it works if you don’t have a good or available doctor.

DO NOT COME HERE! I waited two and a half hours for something as simple as lower back pain. The lobby was not busy when I walked in – must be related to their inability to properly manage their staff. For a place that looks nice and new on the outside, I expected much more. Steer clear, you won’t be sorry.

Paid almost $ 120 to see a doctor for 5 mins after waiting 2 hours, then the medicine I was prescribed didn’t work. So I messaged the Doctor through their patient portal on-​line, when i was low on medicine and a nurse called me and left a message… I called back and got voice mail. then I called the next day and got voice mail again. Finally I called and the receptionist sent a message to the nurse to call me… No Call… So I called back again… finally got to talk to a nurse to tell me to finish out the medicine (which could have been left on my voice-​mail in the first place) and it didn’t work by Friday to call back… Called Friday 3 times and left three more messages with no call backs… Called again on Sunday got voice mail again… So I decided to go back to the office to talk to a nurse face to face… After an hour of talking to the nurse and her talking to the doctor the most I could get was more medicine called in…
This place does not care about patient care they just want your money… Go to an ER or another Urgent Care Center…
