I didn’t particularly care for it. Wife says it’s not on her return list.

My lady lover described the muffuletta turkey and olive sandwich as «life-changing.» My spinach salad was fresh and savory, and the sweet potato(e) fries lived up to their reputation. But definitely try the homemade pickles – like some Willy Wonka creation: briefly dill before becoming sweet then spicy. Amazeballs.

Delicious! Went here for lunch on Saturday and was very pleased. I had the pimento cheese sandwich on jalapeño bread. Huge and just the right amount of spice. My dining partner had the burger, which he proclaimed was one of the best burgers he’s ever had. He also got the sweet potato fries which were delicious dipped in the chipotle mayo. You can tell that they were fresh too– not the nasty frozen kind. Very reasonably priced. Can’t wait to go back!

Located inside an antique store, this place has sandwiches and coffee. And salads. And desserts. And a four course dinner on Friday and Saturday nights, reservation only. I stopped in for coffee as I was passing through, and ended up getting a muffuletta sandwich and a bowl of gumbo. My dad got the reuben. Sandwich came with what appeared to be a homemade pickle chip on the side. Sweeter than dill, but not a sweet pickle. Intriguing. Wish they’d given us more pickles. My wife got a ‘chicken nest’ sandwich, which was chicken salad on a plate of sprouts. The décor was a little unusual. Since the restaurant sits at the back of an antique store, the owners hung windows from the ceiling to divide the space. Completely open except for the windows at eye level. Kind of cool, a little weird. Sort of like the minimalist set designs of the original Star Trek(particularly that episode where they had a gunfight with the Earps), but with a Martha Stewart vibe. Overall, the food was very good. For the price, it was excellent. If you happen to go to Canton for the flea market, it’s worth the drive down to Athens to eat here and just hang out on the town square for a couple of hours. This place is going to become a regular stop for me.
