I went in having problems with my ecig not knowing whether it was my tank or battery so I asked to try a new battery on my pen to see if it worked, the lady that assisted me first was very helpful however as I was proceeding to check out she came up to the register telling me that she had fixed my old battery and that nothing was ever wrong with it and so I responded to the other lady standing next to her by saying that I may not need the extra battery but the lady checking me out printed out the receipt as fast as she could and said «sorry no refunds» in the most childish, unprofessional manner. Had I known that my battery was fine prior to my purchase I probably would have bought the battery anyway because I didn’t want to deal with my unreliable old battery but I just felt like they we being deceiving. I get that they wouldn’t benefit from helping a customer fix a battery that they didn’t design, but part of having a business is creating a positive customer experience. Also before customers buy your product it’s important to let them know that they cannot return the product. It’s a shame I had this experience because the battery works very well and I was very impressed with all the flavors. Had I not had this experience I probably would have been a returning customer.

I received very good customer service and in Athens there are the better company to visit
