Terrible customer service. Our remote control device began to think on it’s own. The volume would randomly go full loudness or go silent. Thinking it needed new batteries, we replaced them. Once the new batteries were in, buttons stopped working. Today a call was placed, request a new remote. That’s not a problem if I pay a $ 50 fee for delivery. Same conversation with the supervisor… you have to pay for a new one. She did suggest that I buy insurance to cover their equipment. Rotten customer service and I am going to leave. They would rather lose a loyal customer of many years, than replace a piece of equipment.
